All work was phased room-by-room over 2 years, allowing continuous occupancy.
Results: The remediation stabilized the property with zero settlement in 12 months post-completion. Foundation leveling restored the building to within 2mm of design tolerance. The family avoided $60,000+ in temporary accommodation costs by remaining in residence throughout. Property valuation increased 15% following structural certification.
